Aeroflow's catelogue contains over 12,000 items and we are not going to mess around, we do not stock 12,000 items ready to ship. We do however have a great working relationship with Aeroflow and they have worked with us to create a solution so New Zealand had an option for getting all of their products at a reasonable price.

How does Everything Aeroflow operate?

  • We update our stock levels daily, using stock-level information direct from Aeroflow Australia to ensure accurate to the day stock levels.
     

The truth about our stock levels.

  • With the Aeroflow catalogue consisting of 12,000 products we can’t physically hold everything in stock.  Instead, we order 2 to 3 times a week to get your purchase to you as fast as possible while keeping prices low - saving you money!   We don’t pretend to have something in stock only to let you down like others do.

  • The only freight you pay is domestic freight from our NZ warehouse to your door.

  • We aim to have your order with you within a week of you placing it. 
     

No hidden import costs.

  • We ship all our orders with DHL direct to our facility.  All shipments are unpacked and dispatched to customers the same day using a tracked overnight delivery service.

  • The price you see on the website is the price you pay, no sneaky hidden taxes or add-ons.
     

Returns

Due to that fact we are special ordering all items in for each order we strongly recommend that you triple check what you are ordering is correct for your application.  Returns will only be accepted if a product is sent out incorrectly or if it is a warranty issue.
